I hope all of you readers who celebrate Thanksgiving have a happy holiday! I know I will; there is much to be thankful for!
My family is preparing its usual Thanksgiving fare: corn casserole, haricots verts amandine, cornbread jalapeno dressing, garlic mashed potatoes, and the centerpiece: roasted deboned whole chicken stuffed with chestnuts, veal, and pâté. Dessert will be a classic crème brûlée. I’m looking forward to a busy day tomorrow.
