Don’t worry, I haven’t forgotten about the blog. I’m working on a long article now, so it’s taking longer than my normal posts! I hope to have it finished early next week, though, so check back soon!

I call it “nearly cheddar” because it has an extra nuttiness that reminds me more of a gruyère than a cheddar.
