When I was working at the ole Cheese Shop, I did have to serve wine to wine bar customers. I always thought I was horrible at opening bottles. There was minimal finesse, and the only times I did cut myself at the shop were on tough pieces of wine bottle foil. After seeing this video, I REALLY saw how bad my bottle skills were (honestly, though, by the end of this past year, I could do a decent job, even with champagne!).
