I think my mind is about to burst from the overstimulation of the past weekend. I need to sort through my photos and my sloppily scribbled notes! There are just so many! This was just an incredible opportunity, though, and I’m glad that my ol’ cheese shop let me tag along on this annual foodie pilgrimage. Thanks to them, I got to attend a discussion with affineurs from Jean d’Alos in Bordeaux, France, meet the founder of Culture magazine, Kate Arding, taste untold numbers of delicious new foods, get a nifty cheese keychain from the Boska cheese utensil stand, and so much more.
