If you like reading about cheese, chances are you’ve come across at least one of maître fromager Max McCalman‘s books, Mastering Cheese, The Cheese Plate, or Cheese: A Connoisseur’s Guide to the World’s Best. He stopped by the World’s Best Cheeses booth at the Fancy Food Show, and I wanted to meet him! This was my chance. I enlisted the help of Haystack Mountain Goat Dairy‘s sales guru John Scaggs to document the meeting, and set off. Here are the results:
