Hello, my friends! Things are chugging along here in SF, despite last Friday’s large-scale power outage throughout the city! This week, I wanted to share with you a little blog post I wrote for my partner Whole Foods Market. We wanted to highlight Mt Tam, the renowned triple crème cow’s milk cheese made just across the Golden Gate Bridge by American cheesemaking pioneers Cowgirl Creamery. I even got to interview Cowgirl Creamery co-founder Sue Conley and Whole Foods Market’s global cheese buyer Cathy Strange (*starry eyes*)!
