Hello, friends! Wheeeee, here we go with 2021’s cheese recital! Last week, I filmed the musical portion, featuring 8 works by Berlioz, Debussy, and Massenet. It is looking EPIC! So much lighting, so much mood, so much beautiful music. Thanks to my pianist Margaret Halbig, we created some gorgeous music together.
This year’s recital will be virtual, but the cheeses are real! Cheese Plus, my cheese partner, is able to ship cheeses across the US in time for the June 17 premiere. You can also visit them to pick up your cheeses after purchasing a ticket.

Tickets with cheese: $160/ticket. Each ticket includes enough cheese for 2 people.
Wine add-on: Pick-up orders can add 2 curated half bottles of wine (a local sparkling, and a gorgeous Côtes du Rhône) for $30.
Tickets with no cheese: $120/ticket. Gives access to the virtual concert only.
You can get tickets with cheese from anywhere in the US! Order by June 13, and Cheese Plus will ship the cheese to your door before the premiere.
You will receive an email with a private concert link the morning of the cheese recital.
The cheese recital will remain online for 2 weeks, in case your friends want to join in on the fun and get their own ticket afterward, or in case you miss the premiere!
There will be a live cheese talk presentation on June 17th. The musical performances are pre-recorded. The presentation, including talk and music, will be recorded and made available in its entirety for 2 weeks after the June 17 premiere date.
