Being invited to this elite group of women in cheese was so special! I got to visit Murray’s Cheese on Bleeker Street in New York City, my first time in many years. There, our entourage enjoyed plenty of cheese before sitting down to a sumptuously styled dinner, with each dish featuring a different cheese by Roth, carefully prepared by the talented chefs at Murray’s. I am so giddy that the article photo of me features a glorious cheese pull of the Roth Grand Cru stuffing!
